Instructions

  1. Melt 100g butter in a saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Brush the 4 fish fillets with melted butter on both sides.
  3. Place fillets on a very hot grill over medium-high to high heat and grill for 5-6 minutes per side until the outside is blackened and the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
