Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices except for the paprika powder to form the so-called Cajun spice.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Brush the fish fillets with the melted butter, rub with Cajun spice and paprika powder. Grill briefly on or under a very hot grill. The fish must be black on the outside and remain white and juicy on the inside.
  3. Grilled corn on the cob and sweet potatoes go well with it.
