Mix all ingredients together. Grease the bundt pan and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
It can also be baked in a springform pan, please do the chopstick test earlier (after approx. 45-50 minutes), as this will shorten the baking time.
