Ingredients
- 4 egg (s)
- 200 g oil, neutral
- 160 g suar
- 1 apple, grated
- 2 carrot (s), grated
- 100 g hazelnuts or rated almonds
- 100 g chocolate, dark, rated or sliced
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Fat, for the shape
- Semolina or breadcrumbs to sprinkle on

- Mix all ingredients together. Grease the bundt pan and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
- It can also be baked in a springform pan, please do the chopstick test earlier (after approx. 45-50 minutes), as this will shorten the baking time.
