Ingredients

  • 5 egg (s)
  • 275 g flour
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 ml banana-flavored egg liqueur
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl schnapps

For the glaze:

  • 6 g coconut fat
  • 100 g chocolate

Instructions

  1. Grease a rectangular cake pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put something into the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven top and bottom heat to 150 degrees. Do not bake with hot air.
  3. Put all ingredients in a tall, large bowl and beat with the electric mixer for one minute.
  4. Take the mold out of the refrigerator and pour in the batter.
  5. Place the cake on the second rack from the bottom of the oven and bake for 90 minutes at 150 degrees, after about 60 minutes cover the cake with aluminum foil.
  6. After the baking time, let the cake rest in the oven for 10 minutes, remove it and turn it onto a wire rack.
  7. Melt a quarter cube of coconut oil and the chocolate in a double boiler and cover the cake with it.
