Chocolate Glaze for All Cakes

Delicious chocolate glaze.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate – 100 g
  • Water – 20 g
  • Butter – 50 g

Instructions

  1. Break 100 g of chocolate into pieces, put in a small saucepan, pour 20 g of water. Put on low heat to dilute the chocolate until it is liquid.
  2. Melt 50 g of butter in a separate saucepan.
  3. Add it in small doses to the diluted chocolate until a mass of the desired consistency is obtained.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. The chocolate glaze for the cakes is ready. The surface and edges of the cakes should be glazed twice.
