Chocolate Fondant with Cocoa for Glazing

Chocolate fudge turns out to be very tasty and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Hot milk – 4 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar or powdered sugar – 0.75 cups
  • Butter – 70g

Instructions

  1. Pour sugar into a bowl, add cocoa. Stir cocoa with sugar or powdered sugar.
  2. Pour in hot milk and, with constant stirring, heat over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved (3-4 minutes). Then bring to a boil, remove from heat.
  3. Add butter, stir. The cocoa chocolate fudge is ready.
  4. Pour the resulting hot mixture over the cake.
