Delicate chocolate glaze with milk.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1.5 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1.5 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Butter – 30-40 g

Instructions

  1. Put butter, sugar, cocoa in a small saucepan. Pour in milk.
  2. Melt everything, boil the chocolate glaze for 5-10 minutes on low heat, stirring.
  3. The chocolate icing is ready. It can also be used as a cream. For the cream, you can add yolks and whipped whites.
