Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and chop them to the right size for the raclet pans, put them in a bowl with the calvados and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.
  2. Serve with the raclette, place in a pan and leave with the cheese under the raclette grill until the cheese melts nicely and is brown.
