Instructions

  1. Mash the cheese with a fork. Add butter and stir. Shape into 8 balls with moistened hands. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool.
  2. Turn the balls first in the flour, then in the egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
  4. A slice of baguette or you put the balls on half a pear (can).
