Instructions

  1. Heat enough oil in a small pan for the camembert to swim in it easily. Cut the camembert (I like to use one with herbs) into about 7 pieces (not too thick, but not too thin either). Place the pieces in the hot oil and fry briefly on both sides. Drain briefly on paper towels.
  2. Serve hot. I recommend salad with it.
