Instructions

  1. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them to the boiling water (I always use the water as a base for peeling). Add the spinach and slowly defrost on a low flame.
  2. Then season with vegetable stock to taste and add the crème fraiche and the processed cheese and dissolve while stirring.
  3. Finally add the chervil and puree everything with a hand blender.
