- 900 g spinach, frozen
- 6 medium tomato (s)
- 1 handful chervil, fresh
- 2 packs processed cheese with herbs
- 400 g crème fraîche
- 2 liters water
- Vegetable broth

- Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them to the boiling water (I always use the water as a base for peeling). Add the spinach and slowly defrost on a low flame.
- Then season with vegetable stock to taste and add the crème fraiche and the processed cheese and dissolve while stirring.
- Finally add the chervil and puree everything with a hand blender.
