Instructions

  1. Heat the apple juice, brown sugar, cloves, cinnamon and lemon zest in a saucepan until boiling. Optionally, add a little lemon juice if you like a more sour note.
  2. Pour the whiskey into a punch glass and gently warm it up in the microwave.
  3. Strain the apple juice and spice mixture into the glass and serve.
  4. Always a hit as a cold prophylaxis.
