Ingredients
- 125 ml apple juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 2 clove (s)
- 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
- 1 piece (s) lemon peel
- 50 ml whiskey

- Heat the apple juice, brown sugar, cloves, cinnamon and lemon zest in a saucepan until boiling. Optionally, add a little lemon juice if you like a more sour note.
- Pour the whiskey into a punch glass and gently warm it up in the microwave.
- Strain the apple juice and spice mixture into the glass and serve.
- Always a hit as a cold prophylaxis.
