  1. For canapés, prepare the food listed. Wash the cucumber and tomatoes, pat dry with a paper towel.

  3. Place the bread in a baking dish and dry until toasted.
  4. Cut the olives in half, grate the cucumber on a special grater or cut into thin slices with a vegetable peeler.

  10. Next, you need to string a slice of cucumber in the form of a wave on a skewer.
