  1. Place the salmon, cream cheese, dill greens, and butter at room temperature in a blender bowl.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. If desired, lightly dry the bread slices in the oven at 150 °C (300 °F) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Using cookie cutters, cut canapes from the bread slices.
  5. Spread the blended mixture onto each canape.
  6. Top with caviar to taste.
