Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the garlic and avocado and mix with vinegar (otherwise the avocado will turn brown).
  2. Remove the stalks from the parsley. Puree all ingredients with a hand blender until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. You can also use coriander instead of parsley.
