Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 bunch parsley or coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper from the mill
- 50 ml white wine vinegar
- 100 ml olive oil

- Roughly chop the garlic and avocado and mix with vinegar (otherwise the avocado will turn brown).
- Remove the stalks from the parsley. Puree all ingredients with a hand blender until you get a homogeneous mass.
- You can also use coriander instead of parsley.
