Ingredients

  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway or cumin
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, green or black
  • 2 orange (s) or bitter oranges, the juice them
  • 1 pinch (s) parsley, fresh, dried or frozen

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop the garlic bulb (maybe start with 5 - 6 cloves). Chop the pepper into small cubes. Roughly chop the parsley, if it is fresh, frozen or dried parsley is also possible.
  2. Puree everything with the hand blender. Add the orange juice (also with some pulp) while stirring constantly.
