Ingredients

  • 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 orange (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the oranges and set aside. Remove 3 tablespoons of the 300 ml freshly squeezed.
  2. Caramelize the sugar in a small saucepan over low heat. When the caramel is golden yellow, deglaze with the orange juice. Simmer over a low flame until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Mix the cornstarch with the 3 tablespoons of orange juice and thicken the sauce with it. Put the orange fillets in the sauce and heat briefly.
  4. Tastes delicious with panna cotta, flammeris, pudding, etc.
