Ingredients

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 40 g tomato ketchup
  • 1 shot cognac
  • 200 g shrimp (frozen)
  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 0.5 ½ small lemon (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly caviar and chicory

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, cognac, Tabasco, sugar and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Thaw frozen shrimp, dry on a kitchen towel and stir in. Cut the avocados in the middle and core, pour the crab sauce into the cavity. If necessary, decorate with caviar and some crispy chicory lettuce leaves.
  2. A fresh starter that was always well received.
