Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown, if available
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 125 ml sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, pomegranate
- 3 drops Tabasco, (BBQ Tabasco sauce)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 100 g crabs, (North Sea crabs)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cm ginger, fresher

- Finely chop or press the garlic and ginger.
- Mix the egg yolks, mustard, sugar and vinegar together. Don`t forget the pinch of salt. Slowly mix in the oil with a hand blender to make a mayonnaise. Mix the garlic and ginger into the mayonnaise. Mix the crabs into the mayo and season with Tabasco, salt and pepper from the mill.
- The whole thing can now be arranged as desired. Or you can eat bread with it.
