Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 400 g shrimp (s) or shrimp, cooked
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), organic, grated zest and juice it
  • 2 small avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 500 g yourt, 1.5% fat
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, white, ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder, or more if you like
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic powder, more if you like

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it with the skin into fine slices. In four large ice cream sundaes, lay the cucumber slices on top of each other in several rows like a roof tile so that they cover almost the entire glass.
  2. Marinate the prawns or shrimps in lemon juice, halve or quarter the large prawns. Peel the ripe avocados and cut into cubes. Cut the pepper into fine cubes.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and season the sauce to taste. Carefully mix the prawns or shrimps and avocado cubes with the sauce and distribute everything evenly on the cups. Sprinkle the diced paprika on top as a garnish.
  4. It goes well with baguette or toast.
