- 0.5 can ½ (s) tomato (s), chopped OR
- 2 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes), pitted, chopped
- 1 onion (s), red, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sage, chopped, fresher
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- olive oil
Instructions
- Mix everything, let it flow, done.
- Tastes wonderfully slightly chilled with toasted white bread, grilled meat, fish and a glass of Riesling or rosé.
