Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little butter. Mix with the minced meat, egg, herbs, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Fill the minced meat dough into cannelloni rolls and place the filled rolls in a baking dish and pour the broth over them.
  4. Cover the tin with aluminum foil and cook the rolls in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  5. Remove and brush with herb butter.
  6. Mix the yogurt, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a yogurt sauce and serve with the cannelloni.
