- Peel and chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little butter. Mix with the minced meat, egg, herbs, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Fill the minced meat dough into cannelloni rolls and place the filled rolls in a baking dish and pour the broth over them.
- Cover the tin with aluminum foil and cook the rolls in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- Remove and brush with herb butter.
- Mix the yogurt, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a yogurt sauce and serve with the cannelloni.
