Make a compact dough from the first 7 ingredients and put it in cling film for an hour in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface, approx. 1/2 cm thick and cut out hearts. Bake them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 12 minutes. Top and bottom heat.
Dip the cooled cookies halfway into the liquid milk glaze and decorate with 2 mocca beans!
