Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coffee powder, (cappuccino)
  • 70 g rated chocolate, dark
  • 150 g cake icin, whole milk
  • Confectionery, (mocha beans)

Instructions

  1. Make a compact dough from the first 7 ingredients and put it in cling film for an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface, approx. 1/2 cm thick and cut out hearts. Bake them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 12 minutes. Top and bottom heat.
  3. Dip the cooled cookies halfway into the liquid milk glaze and decorate with 2 mocca beans!
