Cinnamon Cappuccino

A hot cup of delicious cappuccino with a frothy topped with cinnamon. What could be more delicious?

Ingredients
- Freshly ground coffee – 7 g
- Milk – 150-200 ml
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sugar to taste
Directions
- Make coffee. To do this, put 2 tablespoon in the cezve. tablespoons of ground coffee, pour boiling water over. Boil for half a minute. Cover with a lid and let stand for a couple of minutes.
- Strain the brewed coffee to get rid of the coffee grounds.
- Pour milk into a metal container, place on the stove and heat to almost boil. Reduce heat to minimum and, leaving milk on fire, immerse mixer in it. Whisk the milk gently until frothy.
- Pour coffee halfway into a transparent cup. Pour milk exactly into the centre of the cup and put the foam on top with a tablespoon.
- Decorate with cinnamon. Our coffee is ready. Sugar to taste.
