Instructions

  1. Whip the 250 ml cream to stiff peaks, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix the 250 g quark, 150 g yogurt, 50 g sugar, and 1 packet vanilla sugar together.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
  4. Divide the mixture into two equal halves.
  5. Stir the 4 tablespoon cappuccino powder into one half.
  6. Divide the plain (white) half among four dessert bowls.
  7. Top each bowl with the cappuccino (brown) half.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
