Instructions
- Whip the 250 ml cream to stiff peaks, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the 250 g quark, 150 g yogurt, 50 g sugar, and 1 packet vanilla sugar together.
- Fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- Divide the mixture into two equal halves.
- Stir the 4 tablespoon cappuccino powder into one half.
- Divide the plain (white) half among four dessert bowls.
- Top each bowl with the cappuccino (brown) half.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
