Wash and slice tomatoes and season with salt. Let it work for 15 minutes and then carefully squeeze out any excess liquid. Mix the oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside and cut the ciabatta bread lengthways and remove some of the dough inside.
Puree the 8 basil leaves with mayonnaise, garlic, Tabasco, a little salt and lemon juice and make a smooth mixture. Brush the ciabatta bread with the mayonnaise on both sides and top with salad.
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, crumble and spread on the salad.
Then top with tomatoes and mozzarella and drizzle with the olive oil balsamic vinegar. Tear the 2 remaining basil leaves and sprinkle over them and put the ciabatta top on top.
