- A classic of the Italian antipisti culture with a difference:
- Drain the mozzarella balls and cut them in half, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half as well.
- Stone and slice olives, drain the dried tomatoes and cut into thin strips.
- Carefully mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
- Sprinkle with strips of basil.
- Fresh ciabatta and a glass of Italian red wine go well with this.
