Ingredients

  • 125 g mozzarella, small (baby mozzarella)
  • 150 g tomato (s) (cocktail tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
  • 10 olives, black
  • 4 tomato (s), dried, in oil
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Basil, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. A classic of the Italian antipisti culture with a difference:
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and cut them in half, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half as well.
  3. Stone and slice olives, drain the dried tomatoes and cut into thin strips.
  4. Carefully mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
  5. Sprinkle with strips of basil.
  6. Fresh ciabatta and a glass of Italian red wine go well with this.
