Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 2 scoops mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (crema di balsamic vinegar)
  • some basil
  • 2 tablespoon pepper berries, pink, pink
  • pepper from the grinder
  • Salt (pink Himalayan salt)

Instructions

  1. First I peel the mango and loosen the pulp as close as possible to the core. I cut the mango pulp into thin slices. I cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and carefully remove the pulp from the skin. I also cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
  2. Now I arrange all three components either on a plate or in portions alternately and in a fan-like manner. Now I drizzle everything with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then I spread the basil leaves over it and give the crema di balsamico decoratively over it. Finally, the pink pepper berries.
