Ingredients
- 1 scoop mozzarella, (buffalo mozzarella)
- 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
- 1 bunch basil
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil, virgin, extra virgin (cold pressed)

- Cut the buffalo mozzarella into thin slices. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Clean the basil, pluck the leaves and cut into thin strips (chiffonade).
- Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with cold-pressed olive oil and garnish with the basil. Serve immediately.
