Instructions

  1. Cut the buffalo mozzarella into thin slices. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Clean the basil, pluck the leaves and cut into thin strips (chiffonade).
  2. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with cold-pressed olive oil and garnish with the basil. Serve immediately.
