Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper from the mill
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar (crema di balsamic vinegar)
  • 20 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and basil under cold running water, drain the mozzarella.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them next to each other on flat plates. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top, sprinkle olive oil and crema di balsamic vinegar over it. Finally, decorate with basil leaves.
