- 1 clove garlic
- 1 scoop buffalo mozzarella, sliced
- 8 cherry tomato (s), halved
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- 4 slices toast or 2 rolls from the day before

- Make a guacamole from avocado, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Cut the rolls open and toast them until crispy. Then brush with guacamole. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
