  • 4 slices toast
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 packet smoked salmon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lime (s)
  • horseradish
  • butter

Instructions

  1. First, toast the toast and brush it with butter and horseradish. I like it spicy, so I use horseradish a lot, but that`s a matter of taste.
  2. Put a nice slice of salmon on top of the toast, which is coated with butter and horseradish, followed by the sliced avocado.
  3. At the same time squeeze the lime into a small bowl, squeeze in the garlic and mix with salt and pepper. Then drizzle the sauce over the four toasts and enjoy.
  4. Be sure to use enough salt for the avocado.
  5. Notes: The picture above shows a small cut habanero as a garnish, but it tastes fantastic even without it.
  6. If you take small slices of toast, it is also a great starter or you can serve it as small bites.
