  • 400 g zucchini
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 500 g mozzarella
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini and fry briefly in the heated oil. Remove from pan and set aside. If necessary, let it drain on paper towels.
  2. Then cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Place the zucchini, tomatoes and mozzarella alternately in a dish or on a plate / plate.
  3. Peel the garlic clove and chop very finely.
  4. Make a vinaigrette from salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice, stir in the chopped garlic and frozen herbs, season to taste and drizzle over the prepared ingredients. Let it steep for about 1 hour and serve.
