Instructions

1. Pour the condensed milk into a glass (about 3 cl / 1 fl oz).
2. Pour the espresso into a separate cup and stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar until dissolved.
3. Add the brandy (about 3 cl / 1 fl oz) and stir to combine.
4. Hold an upside-down coffee spoon just above the condensed milk layer in the glass.
5. Slowly pour the espresso mixture over the spoon to gently layer it on top of the condensed milk.
6. Top with whipped cream or milk foam and serve immediately.
