Ingredients
- 1 glass espresso
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cl condensed milk or eggnog
- 3 cl brandy, or German brandy
- some whipped cream or milk foam

- Take a carajillo glass or a glass that is not that big, but holds an espresso and 6 ml of other ingredients, as well as a cap made of milk foam.
- First I pour the condensed milk into the glass, then I pour the espresso into a cup and sweeten it with the sugar. I also mix in the brandy. Then I let the espresso on the inside wall of the vessel carefully drip onto the lower layer using an upside down coffee spoon. Then comes the milk foam or whipped cream.
