  • 4 large potato (s)
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 50 ml milk, low in fat
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 150 g salami, in one piece
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the raw potatoes into approx. 1 cm cubes and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Then fry on all sides in the pan until crispy. Chop the onions and add half of them. Pour some salt and paprika over it.
  2. Now mix the eggs with a little milk in a bowl. Stir in half a teaspoon of paprika powder, a good pinch of salt, some black pepper and the other half of the onions.
  3. Now pour the whole thing over the potatoes into the pan. Cut the salami into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the still soft egg dish. Let the pan with the lid cook on low heat for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  4. Then decorate with some finely chopped parsley and serve.
