  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 ½ cup rice
  • 1 liter vegetable broth, or meat broth
  • 5 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat, then season and add the rice. When the rice has turned translucent, add the tomato paste and some vegetable stock. Put the lid on, stir in between. As soon as the broth has almost completely boiled away or is absorbed, a little more broth is poured in again. Repeat until the rice is through and finally season to taste.
