The espresso is mixed with the brandy and the sugar is dissolved in it. The egg liqueur is poured into a carajillo glass or a larger sherry glass, the espresso is slowly drizzled over the egg liqueur with an upturned coffee spoon. This creates 2 layers.
If you want, you can also use condensed milk instead of eggnog. Either frothed milk or cream from the sprayer can be added to the espresso, if desired.
