Cut the onions into rings and fry them in a pan with a little oil. When the onions start to turn translucent, add the paprika powder and mix so that they get a nice color. When the onions have the desired cooking point, increase the temperature and sprinkle the onions with the brown cane sugar and let them caramelize.
We like to use the onions when we make burgers, but they also go perfectly with a delicious schnitzel, liver with mashed potatoes and many other things.
