Caramelized Plums with Yogurt
Instructions
- Halve the plums and remove the stones.
- Melt 0.5 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the heaped tablespoon of brown sugar and stir until melted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the plum halves and 6 sprigs of thyme to the pan and caramelize for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in 60 ml red wine to deglaze the pan, then cover with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and carefully remove the thyme sprigs from the syrup.
- Divide the 200 g Greek yogurt between two serving plates.
- Place the caramelized plum halves on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle with the red wine syrup.
- Sprinkle with the roasted and chopped hazelnuts and serve immediately.
