Instructions

  1. Halve the plums and remove the stones.
  2. Melt 0.5 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the heaped tablespoon of brown sugar and stir until melted, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the plum halves and 6 sprigs of thyme to the pan and caramelize for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in 60 ml red wine to deglaze the pan, then cover with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and carefully remove the thyme sprigs from the syrup.
  7. Divide the 200 g Greek yogurt between two serving plates.
  8. Place the caramelized plum halves on top of the yogurt.
  9. Drizzle with the red wine syrup.
  10. Sprinkle with the roasted and chopped hazelnuts and serve immediately.
