• 25 g caraway seeds
• 5 g anise
• 8 g licorice root
• 125 g suar, or rock candy
• 700 ml schnapps (grain)

Instructions

1. Mix everything and let it steep for 6 weeks in a closed vessel. Then pour through a tea or coffee filter and bottle. Can also be made with vodka instead of grain.
