Instructions

  1. Season 6 chicken legs with salt, pepper, and paprika powder to taste.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry seasoned chicken legs until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Transfer browned chicken legs to a baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, combine 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup chopped pineapple, ½ cup raisins, ½ cup sliced almonds, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon clove powder, and 2 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken legs.
  7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internal temperature.
  8. Serve with rice.
