Ingredients

  • 6 chicken legs
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 0.5 ½ cup raisins
  • 0.5 ½ cup almond (s), sliced
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove (s), powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Season the flails well with paprika and pepper and fry well. Layer in a pan for gratinating. Mix the rest of the ingredients well, pour over the flails and bake over medium heat for about 45 minutes.
  2. Rice is ideal as a side dish.
