Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the carrots and zucchini and cut into strips about 1 cm wide. Dice the potatoes (unpeeled - if you like). Put the vegetables in a bowl and mix with the olive oil, cinnamon, cane sugar and salt. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes. Then sprinkle the cheese over it and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
